Now it’s official: The new Technagon product series is legal for trade! The special thing about it? In our solution, the so-called charging module is certified separately as a closed unit under calibration law. Technagon is thus the first and only manufacturer on the market that can provide its customers with a modular concept.<\/p>\n

Unique modular design promises advantages in service and calibration law<\/strong><\/p>\n

The charging module contains all components relevant for the charging process, such as controller, counter, RFID reader, display or, depending on the version, the charging socket or the attached charging cable. Through the legal metrology certification of the closed unit itself, we manage to simplify the topic of legal metrology and thus also the service for our customers to the maximum. When servicing is required, the Technagon charging module can be replaced quickly and easily by simply loosening 4 screws and two plugs, without the need for a new custody transfer.<\/p>\n

Close coordination with test house during development phase<\/strong><\/p>\n

The modular design is the central development step compared to the previous version. Close coordination with the CSA test house in Straubing already took place during the development of our product series in order to eliminate possible showstoppers at an early stage. For example, the SD card integrated in the charging module for storing the charging process data had to be placed in a freely accessible location – a design change was necessary. After the first prototypes had passed the internal testing and validation phase, they were sent to the test house for type testing. Finally, the Technagon product series was subjected to Module D – production testing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Once the final certification step has been completed, series production of the new Technagon charge generation will start. The first stations will already be on their way to our customers in the coming days. Delivery of a total of 10,000 charging points is planned for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n
